Walmart DC managers are brainwashed

If you don't believe that Walmart is a cult in every sense of the word, consider this. I had a supervisor tell me that she felt so guilty one time about a mistake that she had made that she actually wrote herself up! She has been employed by this DC for 10 years and is beyond help. She so believes in the Walmart cult, that she believes everything they do should never be questioned. She is a borderline nut case, no doubt about it. The software program that Walmart uses to manage the warehouse is the only thing she knows about management. If the computer tells her something, she never questions it, never looks beyond her computer screen, and certainly never understands any consequences that can occur outside of the computer's realm, even if you prove her wrong otherwise, she will just throw her arms up and say that the computer is never wrong and her interpretation of that is bizarre and borders on the schitzophrenic. I have worked in the walmart system for nearly seven years and I can tell you that things are getting worse. I must get out of this job and soon! I have never seen such ignorance and brainwashed people. They are completely managed by computer software and the human element simply does not exist, because if the computer tells them to do it, it must be done without question. The reason they don't question it is because they have completely lost the ability to communicate outside of that realm. Walmart has created a "Cult family" and no one can question their socialist agenda within or outside the business. I am going to continue to work undercover and tell the world how screwed up Walmart is because they are the biggest reason the United States is fast becoming a totalitarian state where no one questions anything. If we don't recognize what is going on and simply go to Walmart everytime we need something, even if we could buy it cheaper somewhere else, we are like lambs being led to the slaughter. Wake up! BOYCOTT WALMART NOW! Before it's too late.
